what do u think about energy drinks?

i think they are not energic at all and buying them is just wasting money.i don't believe in them at all.what's ur opinion about them?

i see alot of athletes drinking.. but duno how to describe that..
its something like drink one small sip.. then stop le, continue with normal water haha

I think red bull is very effective. It keeps me awake whenever I need to knit an armour in preparation for a meeting the next morning.
But the smell and taste super horrible.

hahas! maybe the horrid smell's the thing that awakens u. i havent tried any. i dun need energy boost. lol.
