Update: Creating of Celebrities subforums & moderator assigning

If any celebrities gets huge responses, a subforum may be considered to be opened under the individual stations Celebrities forums.
To be considered as huge responses:
Upon creation of subforum, A moderator for that subforum for that celebrity will also be decided.
To be considered as huge responses:
- 1000 posts and above or
- 3-10 active members posting frequently.
Upon creation of subforum, A moderator for that subforum for that celebrity will also be decided.
