Overall, this is a top heavy year. The songs that came out in early part of 2015 is much, much better than the latter of 2015. There are a lot of disappointments in 2015, no wonder the forumers participating in the chart is falling.

Some major disappointments this year - Stephanie Sun releasing the sub-standard national day duet (mainly spoilt by the horrible rap and god-awful video), A-Lin decides to release a strip-all-emotions version of 忘记拥抱 (awful!!) To top it off, some mysterious force is pushing HK singers down our throat at the radio stations.

Ballad - sodagreen is way ahead of all other competitors. GEMS is a distant second. 下雨的夜晚 is too beautiful.

Dance - There is no doubt about the wonderful retro sound of Da Mouth. Their first 933 No.1 worth every while. It is a pity that I'm Not Yours is so under played in Singapore. Wonder why???

Rock - The bad boy Rchord has no match at all. Not even sodagreen come close in the power and angst.

Classic/Traditional - Despite a lot of classical TV series released this year such as 花千骨，芈月传 and 琅玡榜, the theme songs are awful. Only the Theresa/Faye duet is outstanding. And yet Faye go and spoil it with a rubbish solo version.
